Sn Connx - Sha Plus - Pattaya

Luxurious hotel with a fine lobby and an excellent breakfast selection. The bathroom layout was a bit awkward.

The location was good for traveling around Pattaya, close to the central bus station and main hospotal, the Terminal 21 mall and local food shops by walking distance or short drive. Most of the staff were really helpful and very pleasant...

Views were really bad.

Its American breakfast is a must, with variety of great meals.

We were offered a lovely modern and brand-new room for good view. A lot of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone.

Great place to stay for a trip to Pattaya. Well decorated and fashionable room for good view, extremely helpful staff. Comfortable location close to everything, and 10 minute walk from a unique hands-on museum. And just next door to the Terminal 21 mall and two shopping center : terminal 21.

A brutal location far from attractions!!! Thin walls allowing sound leakage!!! Miscommunication during check-in led to chaos!!! The balcony is too small to sit comfortably!!! Shuttle bus service advertised but not available!!!

Nice decor, but neighborhood is underwhelming.

The room was nicely decorated. The noise from nearby traffic was quite disruptive was good. There was a cockroach issue in one of the rooms, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

Loved the saltwater pool and the open balcony. Noisy neighbors were a downside.

The staff demonstrated amazing professionalism. The room's two easy armchairs provided a cozy nook to relax. Views of the city skyline from my room were amazing during sunrise.

The area surrounding the hotel felt underwhelming and lacked nearby attractions.

Couples seeking a getaway

The lobby looks excellent, all that marble and space gives a good first impression! The breakfast staff was very nice, they made sure to cater to our vegetarian needs, and yeah, Julie even brought in oat milk just for me!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but things could be worse.

The hotel is beautifull, looks new, and beds are super comfy! Breakfast was decent too, i liked the gift we got after check-out. The swimming pool was lovely and the lobby felt real fancy.

I had a wonderful stay with amazing breakfast options and very comfortable beds. The lobby was beautifully decorated, but the surrounding area had some unpleasant smells. I would definitely return for another stay!

Recommend it for solo travelers

This place had a fine lobby that just blew me away! And the staff, they were like, super friendly! Every time I walked in, they greeted me like I was family. That breakfast buffet? One of the best! I thought I was in a five-star place with all those choices. On top of that, my room was modern and super quiet, perfect for a guy like me trying to recharge. Oh, and I found one of those adorable local bars nearby, like a hidden treasure after a long day. Couldn't have asked for more.

It wasn't a bargain but still acceptable for what you get.
